The Blu-Ray player
So I have a TV, in my Bedroom it’s a Westinghouse (32-Inch Maybe) dumb HDTV that I got back in 2016, I used a Blu-Ray player with it but I am a cord-cutter so it’s not going to cut it. This Samsung Blu-Ray player has YouTube (It losses contention a lot), Netflix (Same thing), Hulu is no longer supported. VUDU, and thats about it. Rasie your hand if you use YUPPTV, I dont use it… Nobody, OK. I use YouTube (Premium), YouTube TV, Google Play Movies, Hulu, Netflix, VUDU, and STARZ. I plan to get more. You cant even install apps. Now I am not hating on Samsung, I have a Samsung tablet, Galaxy Buds, and some other Samsung proudcts, I am kind off deep in the Samsung ecosystem. Its just its an older blu-ray Player. And I use both SmartThings and the Google Home App. You cant use an HD Blu-Ray player with SmartThings, but you can use Google Home, SmartThings, and Amazon Alexa with the sheild

Will, I am getting the $200 Shield TV Pro with a stand.
Yep, it has more streaming services than the Blu-Ray Player. And I can play real games, use my mobile device as a remote, and more. Plus, it has a $70 Chromecast Ultra built-in. I have an HDTV, so I cant make use of the 4K, but if i upgrade, I will. I will update you when I get the sheild. I plan to keep my Blu-Ray player to watch blu-rays.
Thanks for reading my first article of the site.
